The Fantells

The Fantells was formed in 1975 with Leon Brown, Ladely Brown and Hal Lewinson. They recorded numerous songs on Joe Gibbs and Errol Thompson’s label. The song “ Hooligan “ was their most successful in Jamaica in 1977. Currently, Hal “Reggaman” Anthony has revived The Fantells with two new members, they are Ted Greaves Jr. a tenor, and Glenroy “ Mr. Pinnicle” Davey who provides low tenor/bass. The Fantells along with Eugene Grey of Greyphone Records, has collaborated on a new 15 song album entitled “Just For You”
