Greyphone Records, a division of Tropic Isle Recording Studio, Inc. is an American, Florida – based record label, founded in 2001 by Guitarist, Arranger, Composer, Music Producer Eugene Grey and his wife Felicia k. Grey.
Starting as a label that specialized in eclectic music, cross pollinating Rhythm and Blues with Ska, Jazz Calypso and Reggae Jazz and Jazz while maintaining classical Reggae traditions. They began releasing work soley by Eugene Grey with two of his releases, Timeless in 2003 and Shades of Grey 2005 were nominated for a ReggaeSoca Music Award.
In 2023 Greyphone is expanding to include releases by singer-songwriters including The Fantells formerly known as the Beltones, 2OfAKind, and Lady Tasha.
